Room Rates
& Guest Policies

Room rates vary from room to room but range from $85.00 to $110.00 per night. Rates based on double occupancy.

Breakfast. A full, hot breakfast is served in the dining room at 8:30 AM; pastries and coffee available throughout the morning.

Arrival and Departure. Check in at 3:00 – 8:00 PM, check out at 11:00 AM

Smoking. No smoking except in designated outside areas.

Number of guests. No more than 2 adults per room.

Pets. We regret that we cannot accommodate pets, but we do have our own friendly dogs that look forward to meeting you.

Payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, personal checks and cash gladly accepted.

Deposits. Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card deposit equal to one night’s stay.

Cancellations. Reservations cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit.

Corporate rates are available for midweek and longer stay.

In the unlikely event damages are incurred, repair or replacement costs will be charged to your account.
